Secondly, we promise to give out an efficient solution within eight hours after we receive a complaint about machine fault occurring during production process. If the problem is too complex to solve over phones or E-mails, we will send our technicians to the production site to help with troubleshooting.

Furthermore, we are committed to provide free maintenance service if something goes wrong with our machines during our warranty. Beyond the warranty, we are also willing to provide components and parts and lifelong maintenance service based on customers’ requirements. Customers only need to pay a little money for these.

Last but not least, we have set up offices or recruited agents in other countries such as Canada, Russia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia, which enables our customers in these areas to get support service more quickly and easily.
